System size auto-estimates as bill ÷ rate ÷ 1,400 kWh/kW/yr.

Utility cost compounds at the rate-increase % you set.

Solar covers your offset %; the residual is paid to the utility.

Cash & loan paths add the system net cost at year 0.

Lease/PPA models a payment roughly 70% of your starting bill, escalating at 2.5%.
