1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Solwell Energy website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to website browsing, quote requests, calculator use, consultation bookings, and any communication submitted through the site.
2. Quotes & proposals
Quotes, savings estimates, system designs, and calculator results are provided for planning purposes only. Final pricing may change after a site survey, roof review, utility check, permitting requirements, incentive eligibility, equipment availability, or final project scope.
3. Solar consultations
Consultations are intended to help customers understand solar options, estimated savings, financing paths, and installation requirements. A consultation does not create a binding agreement until a final proposal or project contract is reviewed and accepted.
4. Installation services
Solar installation services are governed by a separate project or installation agreement. That agreement may include final system design, equipment specifications, payment terms, installation timeline, permit requirements, warranty coverage, and customer responsibilities.
5. Warranties
Solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related equipment may include manufacturer warranties. Workmanship or installation coverage may be provided separately by Solwell Energy. Warranty terms depend on the final equipment selected and the signed project agreement.
6. Third-party services
Some projects may involve utility companies, permitting offices, financing providers, incentive programs, inspectors, software tools, or other third-party services. Solwell Energy is not responsible for delays, rate changes, eligibility decisions, approvals, or service issues controlled by third parties.
7. Limitation of liability
Solwell Energy is not liable for indirect losses, utility rate changes, weather-related production variance, incentive changes, grid outages, financing decisions, or delays outside our reasonable control. Estimated savings and production figures are projections, not guaranteed outcomes.
