Staging was sequenced zone by zone, with crane lifts scheduled before the morning shift and the grid tie-in performed during a planned maintenance window. Total operational interruption across the nine-week install: one forty-minute switchover, signed off in advance.

First-quarter production ran four percent above projection, daytime grid draw fell by seventy-eight percent, and demand charges dropped two tiers. The system is tracking a payback just under six years — before counting the marketing value of the sustainability report it now anchors.
